provide this information. In some areas you may be purchasing
in a satisfactory manner, but in others there will be room for
improvement.
After completing the benchmarking process, we conduct market
price analysis to establish the best possible pricing available
in the market place. Armed with this knowledge, we then negotiate
with your current vendors and others as may be necessary. If
you feel a change in vendor is warranted, based on our findings,
we will implement this change.
